Installation training program

Response time

After receiving the user's instrument maintenance and maintenance service notification, the corresponding repair center will respond within 4 hours; and a qualified repair engineer will be dispatched to the site to repair and solve the problem within 2 working days. (Responsible for repairing or replacing damaged parts within 24 hours in Shanghai)

 

Professional after-sales service team

Yuyan company has two professional after-sales service engineers, all of which have been systematically trained by the manufacturer to provide users with timely, reliable and high-quality permanent service guarantee. Provide sufficient spare parts inventory centers to ensure local demand.

1) During the warranty period, all failures caused by non-human factors will be maintained free of charge. The after-sales service center will replace the accessories for users without charge, and the warranty period of the instrument is 1 year.

2) After the warranty period, the after-sales service center will only charge the cost price of replacement parts, and the personnel's travel costs, working hours and parts import and transportation costs will be borne by the after-sales service center.
